Shri Jitin Prasada (born in 1973) is a member of the Lok Sabha from Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. He has previously also been elected from the parliamentary constituencies of Shahjahanpur and Dhaurahra. An alumnus of Doon School (Dehradun), he has done his undergraduation in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and an MBA from International Management Institute in Delhi. He has 20+ years of governance experience at the national level. He has previously served as Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Road Transport & Highways, Petroleum & Natural Gas and Steel, as well as the Cabinet Minister for Public Works Department in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He strongly believes in the power of technology to bring the most positive long term social change in order to make India a developed country by 2047.
