Subject: Clarifications to the queries sought by agencies

This is with reference to the clarifications sought for EOI No. 6(5)/2010 EG-I Vol-III-13th Jan 2014 during pre-proposal briefing and as well as via e-mail. After due consideration the following amendments have been done in the EOI Document which is given below:

• Both completed and ongoing projects will be considered (ref para 5.3 in EOI)
• The agency may submit a copy of Work Order/ Contract Document/ Client Certificate as evidence in case of ongoing projects (ref para 12.3 and para 3 at page 15 in EOI)
